We are seeking a dedicated, skilled Cook/Kitchen Crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food preparation, kitchen operations, and customer service, with formal education in hospitality or a related field.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) course or any related culinary program
• Must possess a Diploma or Certificate in HRM, Culinary Arts, or equivalent
• With or without experience (experience in a restaurant or food service setting is an advantage)
• Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation, and kitchen standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures
• Assist in inventory and stock management
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
