We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team in managing employee contracts and HR documentation. The role involves reviewing, processing, and maintaining employment contracts and other HR-related legal documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper record-keeping.
- Review, process, and maintain employee contracts and HR-related legal documents
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all HR documents
- Maintain and update employee records and contract files
- Monitor contract status, renewals, and related deadlines
- Assist in preparing and issuing HR documents such as employment contracts, notices, and certificates
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding HR documentation requirements
- Handle confidential HR information with strict discretion
- Perform other administrative HR tasks as may be assigned
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Experience Level: 2 to 3 years of HR or administrative experience, experience in contracts handling is an advantage
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office
- Qualities and Traits: Organized, proactive, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage multiple documents, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines efficiently
