Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to manage the full-cycle hiring process and help us find top talent for our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
• Post job ads on different platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements
• Schedule interviews and follow up applicants
• Maintain recruitment database and reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
• With experience in end-to-end recruitment process
• Familiar with job posting platforms and sourcing strategies
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Can handle volume hiring
