Government Regulatory Manager, Pasig

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Strategic Government Engagement & Relationship Building

• Cultivate and maintain strong, professional relationships with government officials at national and local levels (e.g., DOH, PhilHealth, FDA, and relevant Legislative offices).
• Serve as the primary point of contact and official representative of the organization for all government agencies.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies for effective government engagement and policy advocacy.

2. Regulatory Navigation & Bureaucracy Management

• Provide expert interpretation of government regulations, policies, and procedures affecting the healthcare industry.
• Facilitate the timely processing, submission, and approval of necessary permits, licenses, and institutional requirements.
• Lead the preparation and review of technical documentation to ensure accuracy and fidelity to government standards.

3. Compliance & Policy Monitoring

• Monitor the organizations compliance with relevant government regulations and internal legal standards.
• Provide real-time updates and advisory to the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer regarding changes in legislation or national health policy (e.g., UHC reforms) that may affect the organization.
• Recommend best practices and strategic adjustments to maintain a superior compliance posture.

4. Strategic Communication & Information Management

• Act as the central hub for gathering and disseminating critical information between the
• organization and government agencies.
• Prepare high-level reports, position papers, and presentations for both internal executive
• leadership and external government audiences.
• Facilitate collaboration across different departments within the organization to ensure a unified approach to government-related matters.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience: Proven track record in government liaison, legal compliance, or regulatory affairs within the healthcare sector.
• Skills: Strong understanding of the Philippine healthcare regulatory landscape; exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills; ability to translate complex policies into actionable business strategies
