Job Title: IT Sales Manager

The Sales Manager for IT Products is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share for the companys IT hardware, software, and related solutions. This role involves developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance
• Identify new business opportunities in IT products (hardware, software, cloud solutions, etc.)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for product positioning and proposals
• Manage key accounts and negotiate high-value contracts
• Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term retention
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in IT sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of IT products (e.g., networking, cloud, cybersecurity, enterprise software)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
