Secretarial work:

  1. Maintain executive agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
  • Attend meetings and keep minutes.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
  • Report documentation.
  1. Make travel arrangements, and itineraries, compile and maintain records.
  2. Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  3. Maintain electronic and paper records, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
  4. Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
  5. Provide administrative and clerical support to departments and individuals.

Receptionist work:

  1. Answering and transferring of calls incoming and outgoing.
  2. Entertaining walk-in applicants/clients etc.
  3. Receiving documents.
  4. Distributing documents to the designated person.
  5. Dispatching of documents (Outgoing).
  6. Flight & booking as advised.
  7. Prepare, purchase, and manage office supplies.

Other task may be assigned from time-to-time.
