Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, managerial role.
• Proven track record in managing multiple construction projects successfully.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
• Strong financial and resource management skills.
• Professional license (PRC)
• Other related training or certification is an advantage.
