Facility, Planning and Design Officer, Pasig

SPECIFICATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and Layout (Stickers, Signage's, Site Design Layout)
• Site checking & inspection for the actual layout.
• Coordination to other department head of layout design for incoming projects.
• Give instruction to the team and lead man at field.
• Design Coordination to improve operational efficiency minimize
• Site Supervision based on business needs, accessibly and cost.
• Implementing & Follow Safety hazards integrating eco-friendly design, energy efficient, and compliance.
• Analyze and optimize work place layout to enhance productivity, efficiency, and revenue.
• Develop floor plan for office, warehouse, work space, site office, and car parks facilities.
• Work with Engineer, Contractors, and Architects to bring design suitable for business.
• Prepare cost analysis for construction, renovation, or equipment installation.
• Develop long-term maintenance and renovation schedule.

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

DESIGN & TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Expertise in designing and creating layouts for stickers, signage, and site designs.
• Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., adobe creative suite, autocad, sketchup, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, layout structures, and visual aesthetics.

LEADERSHIP & TEAM COORDINATION:

• Strong leadership skills with experience directing a design team and leading field operations.
• Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with other department heads on layout design for projects.
• Capable of providing clear instructions to team members and lead personnel at the site.

SITE SUPERVISION & COORDINATION:

• Experience in site checking, inspection, and supervising design implementation on-site.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure that the actual site layout aligns with the proposed designs.
• Ability to monitor design execution to maintain quality and accuracy.

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE:

• Knowledge of safety standards and hazard prevention on-site.
• Ability to implement and enforce safety protocols and hazard mitigation measures during site work.

COMMUNICATION & PROBLEM-SOLVING:

• Excellent communication skills to relay design concepts, instructions, and project updates to internal teams and other departments.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address design challenges and site issues quickly and effectively.

TIME MANAGEMENT & ORGANIZATION:

• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines.
• Organized with an ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
