Job Description:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for retention and loyalty programs
• Assist customers with inquiries, billing concerns, and service issues
• Promote and upsell products or services to retain customers
• Build rapport and provide effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction
• Meet performance targets, including sales and retention metrics
