Registered Medical Technologist, Pasig

QUALIFICATION

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology
• Must be a Registered Medical Technologist (RMT)
• With or without prior experience (training will be provided)
• Knowledgeable in proper specimen collection and handling
• Computer literate
• Patient-oriented, detail-oriented, and dependable

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintaining Ensure the safe and proper handling of laboratory machines and equipment
• Perform all forms of specimen extraction and collection
• Maintain proper accountability of laboratory supplies and equipment
• Conduct home service procedures when required
• Encode laboratory results into the system as needed
• Ensure cost efficiency in the use of laboratory supplies and reagents
• Perform and analyze laboratory examinations using manual, semi-automated, and fully
• automated methods
• Ensure timely release of patient results and monitor pending tests
• Comply with laboratory policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Chief Medical Technologist and/or Pathologist

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary: Php 20,000.00 - Php 23,000.00 (based on experience)
