Key Responsibilities

Provide front-facing support for routine HR inquiries and transactional processes.
Monitor, manage, and ensure accuracy in HR operational processes.
Mentor and guide junior associates to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Analyze requests and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate employee records, documentation, and compliance with labour laws.
Uphold PwCs professional and technical standards, code of conduct, and client service quality.
Support HR functions across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, absence management).

Essential Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree.
Global shared services experience. (Not open to local exp)
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR or related operations.
Oral and written proficiency in English.
Knowledge of HR processes and HRIS systems.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to build and maintain relationships and deliver excellent client service.
Professionalism, integrity, and adaptability to changing demands.
Effective communication and facilitation skills.
