Senior Process Engineer, Pasig

Company Profile: The company provides specialized services in civil, structural, electrical, process, and piping engineering, along with project management and design consultancy.

Position: Senior Process Engineer

Company Industry: Manufacturing Company

Work Location: Pasig City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 5:00pm)

Salary: Php70,000 - Php75,000 gross

Work Set Up: Working onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provides technical expertise within the department to support design efforts on a variety of projects in the chemicals, petrochemicals, and process industries
• Prepare and review process engineering deliverables such as PFDs, P&IDs, and DP/DT Diagram
• Perform hydraulic calculations, line sizing, PSV Sizing, equipment sizing, and datasheet preparation
• Responsible for the quality of the deliverables and generating deliverables per the project standards
• Check the works of others for conformance with project documentation, and client standards, and can check vendor drawings

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferably licensed)
• Has at least 5 years of relevant experience on process engineering and design, preferably in petrochemical or other process industries
• Proficient in use of AutoCAD Plant 3D P&ID function
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Experience in process simulation tools like Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Plus is an advantage
• Familiarity with industry codes and standards (API, NFPA, ASME)
