Brand Marketing Manager for Food, Pasig

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute brand strategies to strengthen brand identity, positioning, and market presence.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels (social media, ads, promotions, events).
• Oversee content creation, ensuring consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to guide marketing strategies.
• Manage product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance using KPIs, and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Build partnerships, influencer collaborations, and brand activations to increase visibility.
• Ensure all branding and marketing materials are aligned with company standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
