The Client Acquisition Manager is responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing new clients to drive business growth. The role focuses on developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and closing deals aligned with the companys BPO services.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct client presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and new clients.
- Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients to the operations team.
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and business engagements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
