DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute client acquisition strategies to meet sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct client presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and new clients.
  • Collaborate with operations and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients to the operations team.
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and business engagements.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
