Site Surveyor (Pasig City)

The Surveyor provides support to the Project-in-Charge in the efficient and effective execution of a specific project phase by making exact measurements and determining property boundaries.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide data relevant to the shape, contour, gravitation, location, elevation, or dimension of land or land features on or near the earth's surface for construction purposes.
• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys in order to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors Degree, Vocational Course with trainings/certifications relevant to the job
• Preferably with experience in the construction industry (both civil and structural works), specifically in surveyor works.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software/good knowledge of MS Office
• Good communication skills
• With good organizational and time-management skills
• A team player.
