Company Nurse, Pasig

Job Summary

The Company Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining the health and safety of employees in the workplace. The role includes administering first aid, monitoring employee health conditions, ensuring compliance with occupational health standards, and supporting company wellness and safety programs.

Duties and Responsibilities

1.Medical Assistance & First Aid

• Provide immediate first aid treatment and medical assistance to employees.
• Assess and monitor employee health conditions.
• Facilitate hospital referrals when necessary.
• Maintain complete and accurate medical records of all consultations and treatments.

2.Occupational Health Monitoring

• Conduct health assessments and assist in pre-employment and annual medical examinations.
• Manage and monitor sick leave documentation and medical certificates.
• Monitor employees with work-related illness or injuries.

3.Workplace Health & Safety

• Assist in implementing occupational health and safety policies in compliance with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) regulations.
• Participate in safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Investigate and document workplace accidents and incidents.
• Coordinate with the Safety Officer and HR Department on health-related matters.

4.Inventory & Clinic Management

• Maintain clinic supplies and medicines.
• Ensure first aid and kits are complete and updated.
• Monitor medicine inventory and expiry dates.

5.Health Programs & Education

• Conduct health awareness seminars and wellness programs.
• Promote vaccination programs and preventive healthcare initiatives.
• Provide counseling on health concerns and lifestyle management.

6.Administrative Duties

• Prepare monthly health reports and other safety requirements needed to submit based on company policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of medical records.
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers and government agencies when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Registered Nurse with valid PRC License.
• with BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health) training certification
• Knowledgeable in occupational health standards and safety regulations.
• Organized and detail oriented.
