Job Title HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (Onsite in Pasig City)

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to closing the best talent. You will act as a bridge between the company and candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience while helping us build a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

1. Requirement Analysis

  • Collaborate with project managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles.
  • Draft and optimize job descriptions JDs to attract qualified applicants.

2. Sourcing & Channel Management

  • Post job openings on various platforms.
  • Utilize social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.

3. Screening & Initial Contact

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial video screens to assess candidate motivation, salary expectations, and basic qualifications.
  • Introduce company culture and job details to potential candidates.

4. Interview Coordination

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
  • Ensure a seamless interview process and collect feedback in a timely manner.

5. Background Check & Offer Management

  • Conduct reference and background checks for final-round candidates.
  • Extend job offers, negotiate compensation, and manage the offer approval process.
  • Assist with pre-onboarding communications and documentation.

6. Recruitment Analytics

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics e.g., source of hire, time-to-fill, interview pass rate.
  • Use data to continuously improve sourcing strategies and hiring efficiency.

7. Employer Branding

  • Maintain positive relationships with all candidates to enhance the companys reputation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role industry-specific experience may be preferred.
  • Familiarity with online recruiting platforms.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
