Division Manager, Pasig

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensures innovative selling of products to maximize sales.
• Prepares product-market strategy.
• Able to demonstrate the product as needed to Management and to the customers.
• Prepares competitor and market share analysis.
• Prepares for and attends conventions and exhibits.
• Review and evaluates sales activities and initiate improvements.
• Identify the potential accounts within the territory assigned.
• Develops and maintains contacts with key customer's key positions to maintain and improve business.
• Approves or disapproves prices and proposals of Division Specialists.
• Ensures all marketing activities will be for the benefit of both customers and the company.
• Evaluates performance of each sales personnel.
• To plan and conduct sales personnel training.
• Oversee general compliance to contracts.
• Ensures and assures management on maintaining levels of confidentiality.
• Monthly submission of the following reports:
• Customer building rapport activities.
• Web-based report within 24 hours after the activity.
• Sales Report
• Product Monitoring Report
• Marketing Activity Report
• Competitors Activity Report
• Submit all actual Assigned Sales Quota of each Division Specialist every year.
• Authorized to approve pricing within the allowed percentage mandated by the President.
• Officer in charge for all Sales and Marketing activities of Division Specialists.
• Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
