Job Description: Customer Service Representative Banking & Financial Account


Role Overview

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a Banking and Financial Account is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to banking products and services. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experience while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and data security standards.

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls regarding banking and financial services


Qualifications:

At least Highschool with 1 year BPO experience

Can start ASAP


Work Schedule:

10:00 pm to 7:00 pm


Work Location:

9th and 10th Floors, 1880 Building, Eastwood City Cyberpark


Compensation:

Basic Salary up to 26,000

2,000 Allowance + 10% Night Differential

20,000 sign on bonus

Day 1 HMO with free 2 dependent

Salary will be paid once the employment contract is signed.
