WERE HIRING: Customer Service Representatives (CSR)

Location: Pasig City (Onsite set up)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and issue resolution
• Perform sales or retention strategies when needed
• Maintain high-quality customer experience and satisfaction

Qualifications:

• At least High School (Old Curriculum / Senior High School Graduate
• At least 1 year BPO experience (Preferably with 6 months sales or retention (BPO) experience)
• Good to excellent English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig
• Amenable to shifting schedules
