Customer Service Assistant, Pasig

Description

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor College Degree in Customs Administration,
Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistics/Transportation, or equivalent.
Applicants need to be educated to a high standard and possess a recognized general
educational qualification.
Applicants must be able to operate Microsoft Word and Excel programs efficiently.
Previous experience may be required, but would be an advantage, especially if applicants
have worked as a Customer Services Clerk in Shipping and Logistics previously.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor end to end operation process
Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
Ensure premises, assets and communication ways.
Prepare shipping documents (like invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading).
Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers.
Track orders to ensure timely deliveries.
Oversee the levels of our warehouse stock and place orders (as needed).
Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery.
Customer Service and administration of Logistics movements manage; booking requests, Job
Rego, Workflow, Costings, Reporting, CHC Weekends and Emails.
Provide information to customers about the status of their orders.
Manage and report on website enquiries: Respond to enquiries, provide quotes, sales process and lists.
