We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team! In this role, you will assist customers by answering inquiries, providing accurate information about products and services, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer.

• Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously
• Provide clear information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Process account updates, service requests, and transactions
• Keep records updated and document interactions
• Follow company policies, scripts, and performance standards

• Minimum 6 months of call center experience
• Willing to work on-site
• High School or Senior High School Graduate
• Basic computer skills
