Construction Project Associate, Pasig

Job Summary

Responsible on actual site measurement, ensuring that All Action Items are done for the readiness of the Site for Installation. And Monitor progress on Installation.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Site Assessment

a) Conduct Initial Site Meeting with CPM

b) Conduct actual measurement c) Perform onsite layout if needed.

d) Conduct Site re-visit to assess Action Items and Report to CPM thru Progress Report

2. Site Coordination

a) Coordinate Action Items to client or representative to achieve site readiness.

b) Attending site meetings, if needed.

c) Monitor progress and issues during installation and report to CPM d) Perform Project Turnover with CPM

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

a) Proficient in AutoCAD, SKP, Fixation and MS Office.

Education and Work Experience

a) Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent;

b) With experience in related field.

C.)Must have a valid driver's license

D.)With own motorcycle is an advantage
