Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Employment Type: 6months contract
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and executives. The ideal candidate will help ensure smooth office operations and serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and executives, including scheduling, email management, and general office duties.
- Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel logistics.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Familiarity with office equipment and administrative procedures.
