Hemodialysis Staff Nurse, Pasig

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform hemodialysis treatment in accordance with established protocols and standards.

Assess, monitor, and document patients vital signs before, during, and after dialysis.

Operate and maintain dialysis machines and related equipment.

Administer medications as prescribed.

Respond promptly to dialysis-related emergencies and complications.

Ensure strict compliance with infection control and safety standards.

Provide patient education regarding dialysis care and treatment plans.

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with active PRC license.

Minimum of 1 year hemodialysis experience.

Must have the following certifications:

o ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)

o BLS (Basic Life Support)

o Hemodialysis Training Certificate

Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.

Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Willing to work 6 days a week, 8 hours per day.
