We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our growing team. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing product and service information, resolving concerns efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience.

• Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively
• Process account updates, service requests, and related transactions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company policies, scripts, and performance standards

• At least 6 months of call center experience
• Willing to work on-site
• High School or Senior High School Graduate
• Basic computer skills
