Job Requirements

A bachelors degree in any course

Prior experience in customer service, administration, or the travel industry is an advantage, but not required

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with travel booking systems or online platforms is a plus, but not required


WORK SET-UP:

  • On-site
  • Shifting schedule
  • Tektite, Ortigas, Pasig City office



Responsibilities

Clear pending bookings which do not have confirmation numbers.

Clear on request bookings and ensure confirmation is given by the hotel directly.

Identify booking system issues, hotel issues and report to Team Leader / Supervisor.

Assist in special request confirmation as deemed necessary.

Close canceleld bookings.

Handle hotel information requests from customers.
