Description

Responsible for supervising and coordinating all construction activities at the project site.
The PIC ensures that the project is implemented according to approved plans, specifications, schedule, and company standards while maintaining quality and safety compliance
Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and contract requirements.
Monitor project progress and ensure completion of work within the approved schedule.
Coordinate with engineers, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel regarding project requirements and work schedules.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment at the project site.
Implement and monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Ensure implementation of safety policies and coordinate with the Safety Officer to maintain a safe working environment.
Prepare and submit periodic progress reports and other required project documentation.
Address site issues and recommend appropriate solutions to prevent delays and disruptions to project operations.
Maintain effective communication with management, clients, and consultants regarding project status.
