Job Summary


We are looking for an experienced Kitchen Supervisor to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food quality and safety standards, and support kitchen staff in delivering excellent meals and service. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, experience in food preparation, and the ability to manage a fast-paced kitchen environment.


Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities and staff schedules
  • Ensure food preparation meets quality and presentation standards
  • Monitor food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff on recipes, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Manage inventory and assist with ordering supplies
  • Ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
  • Work closely with management to improve kitchen efficiency
  • Address and resolve kitchen-related issues during shifts


Requirements


  • Proven experience as a Kitchen Supervisor, Chef de Partie, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Culinary training or certification is an advantage
