The company operates with a small but dynamic workforce of approximately 1150 employees and maintains operations in the Philippines, with a branch located in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

Our headquarters is based in India, enabling us to support a broader international network. A significant portion of our clients are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), and our services are focused on providing reliable, efficient assistance tailored to their financial needs.

Messenger/Field Officer (Collections) is responsible for delivering demand notices and collection letters to customers at their respective locations. This role requires maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and strict adherence to debt collection regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver demand notices or letters directly to customer locations.
• Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive financial documents.
• Collect acknowledgments (signatures, receipts) from customers.
• Report back to the office on delivery status and customer interactions.
• Comply with debt collection regulations and company policies.
• Maintain professionalism even in challenging or confrontational situations.

Basic Requirements

• Must hold a valid drivers license
• Physically fit and able to travel frequently
• Graduate of high school or holder of a college degree (business, finance, criminology, or related field preferred).

Knowledge & Experience

• Familiar with Metro Manila (NCR) routes and surrounding provinces
• Experience in collections, customer service, or fieldwork is a plus.
• Understanding of debt collection regulations and compliance standards

• Monday - Saturday
• Rest Day: Sunday
