Customer Success Specialist, Pasig

About the Role:

Were looking for a strategic, partner-focused Customer Success Specialist to drive onboarding, retention, and relationship health across our B2B accounts. Youll be the voice of the partner internallyensuring their goals are met, escalations are resolved, and opportunities are unlocked.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end onboarding of new B2B partners - could be virtual or F2F
• Conduct regular check-ins, KYC (office address, contract status, org changes), health reviews, and upsell conversations
• Coordinate with Helpdesk, QA, and TQC to ensure partner-impacting issues are resolved
• Maintain and update partner dashboards, feedback loops, and escalation logs
• Collaborate with the other departments to refine partner-facing materials
• Flag product or service gaps based on partner feedback and usage trends

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Account Management
• Strong English and Tagalog communication skills
• Motorcycle enthusiast or someone familiar with motorcycle culture
• Comfortable in a start-up environment with evolving processes
• Willing to work on-site in Kapitolyo, Pasig City
• Self-motivated and adaptable
