Quantity Surveyor, Pasig

Job Description

• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and tender documents for construction projects.
• Monitor and control project costs to ensure budgets are met.
• Evaluate project drawings, specifications, and materials for cost efficiency.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors regarding costs and progress.
• Conduct site visits to verify work progress and quantities.
• Prepare progress reports, variation orders, and cost analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
• Experience in cost estimation, project budgeting, and BOQ preparation.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and contract administration.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and quantity surveying software (e.g., Planswift, CostX).
• Analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• PRC license (Civil Engineer) is an advantage.
