Recruitment Support

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Creating job vacancies through Canva and other editing tools
• Posting job hiring and vacancies through social media and different job portal
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
• Reviewing resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinating and managing background checks and other pre-employment screenings
• Assisting with the onboarding process such as medicals and pre-employment requirements, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, sending dispatch notice to clients, and insurance enrollment once deployed
• Monitoring of renewal of deployed employee's insurances
• Sending performance evaluation to clients of deployed staffs
• End-to-end processes to the recruitment

Document and Compliance

• Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and other HR documents
• Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and company policies
• Assists in processing Certificates of Employment, references, and other HR requests

Onboarding and Coordination

• Assist in onboarding new hires and preparing necessary HR paperwork
• Coordinating candidate schedules, interviews, and placement logistics
• Provide support in employee benefits administration and other HR function as needed

Reporting and Administration

• Maintain and update HR databases and shared folders
• Generate reports on recruitment status, candidate placement, and HR metrics
• Support manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
