Call Center Representative, Pasig

Job title: Junior Call Center Agent - Corporate Banking Relationship Agent (Permanent)

SALARY: PHP 18,000-21,000 package (up to PHP 24,000 for those with BPO experience)
+ 1 month joining bonus for those who will onboard on March 30

Location: Pasig and Taguig

• Assist customers with inquiries and provide effective solutions.
• Manage customer complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services offered.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.

• Educational Qualifications: Open to all education level, fresh graduates, career shifters
• Experience Level: 1-2 years experience is preferred but no BPO experience is also open
• Skills and Competencies: Excellent conversational communication skills
• Amenable to work 100% Onsite in McKinley, fixed nightshift schedule
• Amenable to work on weekends/holidays
• WORK ON SITE SET UP
