Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders
• Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
• Operate cash register and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of food preparation and dining areas
• Restock food supplies, utensils, and condiments
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and packaging
• Monitor inventory and report shortages to management
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic complaints
