Logisitics Coordinator, Pasig

A Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery, coordinating with suppliers and transport providers, and maintaining accurate inventory and shipment records. The role supports supply chain efficiency while minimizing costs and delays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinate daily logistics operations
• Arrange transportation (trucking)
• Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, and customers
• Monitor delivery schedules and resolve delays
• Prepare shipping documents (DR, invoice, packing list, B/L, etc.)
• Track inventory and update stock records
• Generate logistics and inventory reports for management

Qualifications:

• 13 years experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain
• Knowledge of: MS EXCEL, MS WORD
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
