Pullout Support Provider, Pasig

Responsible for inspecting, removing, and documenting faulty equipment, components, or defective inventory. Perform diagnostics, manage the secure removal of items, handle warranty claims, and ensure accurate record-keeping of parts. This role requires technical troubleshooting, inventory control, and customer service skills. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Item Inspection & Troubleshooting: Examine equipment to diagnose faults, damages, or missing parts.
• Pullout & Teardown: Safely remove defective units or components, often for replacement or refurbishment.
• Documentation: Create detailed reports on faulty items, including reasons for pullout, for quality assurance.
• Inventory Control: Properly label, store, and track removed parts to avoid further damage or loss.
• Customer/Site Support: Coordinate with clients or liaisons for unit pick-ups, often handling warranty claims.
• Tools Usage: Use various hand/power tools to disassemble equipment and prepare it for transport.
