Field Support Provider, Pasig

Must own a motorcycle.

Will handle South area (Paranaque, Las Pinas, Pasay, some parts of Cavite)

Installs, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, or software directly at customer locations. Acting as the primary in-person representative, they diagnose technical issues, perform on-site troubleshooting, and ensure optimal performance. The role requires strong technical knowledge, manual dexterity, and, often, a valid driver's license for travel to various sites. 

Core Responsibilities

• Installation & Setup: Assembling and configuring new equipment at client sites.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing technical malfunctions, repairing equipment, and replacing broken components.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conducting scheduled checks to ensure optimal, long-term equipment function.
• Customer Support: Educating clients on equipment operation, addressing queries, and fostering positive relationships.
• Documentation: Generating detailed, timely service reports, maintaining records, and tracking inventory/parts.
