Key Responsibilities

Identify and recruit relevant KOLs, influencers, and content creators aligned with the companys brand and target market.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOL partners.
Negotiate collaboration terms, rates, deliverables, and timelines.
Coordinate campaign briefs, content guidelines, and posting schedules.
Monitor KOL content to ensure brand compliance and quality standards.
Track campaign performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, ROI).
Prepare campaign reports and performance analysis.
Handle contracts, documentation, and payment coordination.
Stay updated on social media trends and competitor influencer activities.
Work closely with the Marketing and Sales team to align campaign objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
At least 12 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or brand partnerships.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
