The company operates with a small but dynamic workforce of approximately 1150 employees and maintains operations in the Philippines, with a branch located in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

Our headquarters is based in India, enabling us to support a broader international network. A significant portion of our clients are Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs), and our services are focused on providing reliable, efficient assistance tailored to their financial needs.

Qualifications:

• College graduate or undergraduate
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Willing to undergo 7-day paid training
• Experience in collection is a plus
• Good Communication Skills and Negotiation Skills
• Local Client
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)

Job Description:

• Identifying outstanding debts and monitoring assigned accounts
• Assisting customers with any complaints or questions.
• Negotiating payment plans or deadlines
• Respecting customer policies and procedures
• Closing a set number of collections accounts within a given time to reach the designated target
• Locating and communicating with debtors.
• Implementing repayment schedules.
• Ensuring that your debt status is current and accurate
