Position: Financial Compliance Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance

Non -CPA can apply

With at least 5 years of experience in a similar role

With experience in General Accounting, Financial Reporting,

Corporate Taxation.

With work experience in BIR audit and F/S

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the companys financial reporting processes and general ledger structure.

Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Assist the Controller with daily banking transactions and requirements.

Manage cash flow, including preparation of cash forecasts and budget projections.

Oversee timely payment of company expenses, review service-related costs, and supervise payroll preparation.

Ensure compliance with banking requirements and handle all related banking transactions.
