Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Process orders, transactions, and account updates accurately
- Meet performance targets such as quality, productivity, and sales goals
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- With at least 6 months of sales experience (required)
- Willing to work onsite
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle objections and upsell when necessary
- Team player with a positive attitude.
