Company Driver/ Messenger, Pasig

Deliver and pick up outgoing documents, packages, parcels, mails, cheques and other items as per given instruction.

Safely transport employees, guests, and company officials to and from destinations as instructed.

Conduct daily inspection of the vehicle's condition (fuel, oil, water, brakes, tires, lights, etc.).

Transact and submit to relevant Government Agencies and other organizations regarding permits, licenses renewal, payments of Office Utilities.

Follow all traffic laws, company driving policies, and safety regulations.

Undertake routine maintenance, check of office premises, and general deaning as scheduled

Monitor, stock, and arrange office and pantry supplies, and report any replenishment needs or issues with office facilities and equipment.

Check and Report unnecessary issues pertaining to office facilities, equipment etc.

Locked and Unlocked office premises as needed.
