About the Role

We are seeking organized and proactive individuals to join our team as Admin Staff. The role involves providing administrative support across various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle office communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence

- Prepare, organize, and maintain company records, files, and documents

- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events

- Support billing, collection, and other administrative tasks as needed

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient workflow

- Monitor office supplies and assist in procurement activities

- Perform other clerical duties to support management and staff


Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field

- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
