Nurse (RN) With or Without BPO Experience, Pasig

Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Philippine Registered Nurses (PHRN) to join our healthcare account. This role is open to candidates with hospital experience and those with prior healthcare BPO experience. The ideal candidate has strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications For Candidates WITHOUT BPO Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license
• At least 2 years of hospital experience, preferably in an acute care setting
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule

For Candidates WITH BPO Experience:

• Active PHRN license
• At least 6 months of healthcare BPO experience
• Experience in utilization management, medical review, clinical appeals, or related healthcare accounts is an advantage
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule

Key Responsibilities (may vary depending on account):

• Review and evaluate medical records and clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with healthcare guidelines and client policies
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal teams as needed
• Maintain accuracy and productivity standards
