Key Responsibilities:Sales & Retail Management
- Develop and execute retail sales strategies for water purifier products
- Manage relationships with retail partners, dealers, and distributors
- Ensure product availability and proper stock levels in stores
- Monitor sell-out performance and retail sales trends
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Implement in-store promotions and marketing campaigns
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising standards
- Coordinate with marketing team for POS materials and branding
- Monitor competitor activities in retail stores
- Manage distributor performance and coverage
- Conduct regular store visits and retail audits
- Expand retail network and open new accounts
