Requirements:

  • At least Senior High School graduate or College Level
  • Have at least 1 year experience in BPO industry
  • College Graduates with no BPO experience are welcome to apply
  • Basic English communication skills and well-versed in local language (Tagalog)
  • Amendable working on a shifting schedule (dayshift, midshift & GY shift)
  • Can work on site in Ortigas, Pasig City


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, email, and in-app messaging
  • Assist users with placing food orders, order modifications, cancellations, and refunds
  • Provide support for app navigation, account setup, login issues, and payment concerns
  • Coordinate with partner restaurants and delivery riders to resolve order delays or issues
  • Address customer complaints and service concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
  • Accurately document all interactions, transactions, and resolutions in the CRM system
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, service level agreements, and data privacy standards
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
