Finance and Accounting Supervisor, Pasig

We are hiring for an office-based Finance and Accounting Supervisor.

Job Description:

• Perform the daily accounting activities (recording of accounting entries, handling of receivables and payables, cash reconciliation, etc.)
• Treasury, Budgeting, Cash Forecasting
• Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Monitoring collections and providing support to the safekeeping of internal expenses in the company.
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Improve systems and procedure and initiate corrective actions
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Meet financial accounting objectives
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions
• Knowledge with QBO/DESKTOP, BIR EFPS, EBIRForm and other Accounting platform
• All other related tasks, duties and special projects that may be assigned from time to time as directed by the General Manager

Who we are looking for:

• Must have atleast 3 to 5 years work experience in Accounting / Finance
• Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
• Numerical acumen, with accuracy and attention to detail
• Competent problem-solver with a good sense of humor and works well with different personalities
