  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment systems.
  • Support recruitment marketing efforts, including job postings and social media outreach.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.


Requirements
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 02 years of experience in recruitment or a related area.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills and Competencies: Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate evaluation.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Working Schedule: Mondays-Saturdays 8:00AM-5:00PM
