*Key Responsibilities*

-Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to hiring

-Source candidates using job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms

-Create and post job advertisements across various channels

-Facilitate onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth employee integration

*Qualifications*

-Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field

-Licensed Psychometrician (REQUIRED)

-23 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment

-Familiar with recruitment tools and social media sourcing
